April 2018 - The 2018 RCCR Business Advertising Supplement was distributed through PEI newspapers and Canada Post and the campaign of selling ads for the 2019 edition began. February, 2018 - Our Club hosted the Premier’s dinner at the Delta.  HH Antoinette Perry, Lieutenant Governor of PEI was among our distinguished guests. In his address, Premier Wade Maclauchlan covered the economic progress of the Province. January, 2018 - Rotarian Winston Johnston from the RCCR travels to Kenya to assist in the production of vegetable gardens. November, 2017 - Our World Community Services Committee with the assistance of members of the PEI Latino community held a Mexican Fiesta to raise funds for the victims of the recent earthquakes in Mexico. September, 2017 - We celebrated the Moon festival with our fellow Chinese Rotarians. September, 2017 - We hosted a Rotary Friendship Exchange with a group from Finland and Estonia. Rotarian David Hooley hosted a Cornboil for the Friendship Exchange and club members. August, 2017 - Our new inbound Rotary Youth Exchange student for 2017-18, Marlene Kulowatz from Switzerland arrived. August, 2017 - Inbound Youth Exchange student, Amanda Chang, has completed her exchange year and has now headed home to Taiwan. July 2017 - New Board of Directors installed for the 2017-18 Rotary year. June 2017 - $64,737 is raised for the QEH Foundation, between the 14th annual 'Great Day' Fore Health, Harry MacLauchlan Memorial Golf Tournament and a Fair Isle Ford 'Test Drive a Lincoln' event,bringing the fourteen year total to over $609,000. June 2017 - Youth Awards were presented to 4 deserving young students of junior high schools. June 2017 - RCCR will donate $90,000 to Big Brothers, Big Sisters, $40,000 to a project in Kenya, and $20,000 to a Winter River trails project. May 2017 - Club presents Vocational Student Awards to Holland College business students.
