Reset Breathe Fitness (A PEI online business, before and during Covid)
Oct 07, 2020
Hi there! I’m Tracey and I am the founder of reset breathe! Thanks for being here and checking out our website. I started this business in 2017 when my youngest of 4 kids, Luke, turned 1. I was a tired, overwhelmed mom who wanted my life to be easier and I knew there were lots of others out there who needed the same. In 2015, one of my really close friends passed away of cancer at the age of 33. She had a one year old son and it was a loss that changed me forever. It also inspired me in a way that’s hard to explain and lit a fire in me to make the best life for myself and my family that I possibly could. Since I have been kid, movement and exercise have been a big part of my life. I loved playing sports, I loved my teammates, I loved my running friends, and I loved how movement made me feel after. I definitely don’t always love it before or during, but afterwards- it makes me a better version of myself and it makes me a better mom to my kids. I feel a responsibility now to make feeling good a priority and that is why I’m here. I want to help others do the same. I will shout from the rooftops for the rest of my life that the intention of exercise should be because it makes us happier and healthier. It’s not about a size or a look, it’s about the feeling. We get to be here. We get to show up for ourselves and we when we do, we need to celebrate it.
