John is the Chair of Pride PEI and coordinates Pride’s fundraising, sponsorship, and strategic partnerships. He joined Pride in 2019 for the excitement of Pride’s 25th anniversary year, and continued as Chair to help the organization develop a long-term strategy for growth into the future. Beyond his work at Pride PEI, John is a serial entrepreneur experienced in operations management, corporate and non-profit governance, interactive and linear (film/tv/video) production and postproduction, and IT infrastructure. He is also an active participant on (too many) Boards, both fiduciary and advisory, from community to corporate to investment, on PEI, across Atlantic Canada, and around the world. When he’s not bandaging the papercuts he incurs shuffling all that paper, John spends his downtime skiing, sailing, playing squash, and at the cinema.
